		<description>just found your blog and was poking my way backwards through it... thought i&#039;d reply because this entry reminded me of one of my own childhood &quot;roly-poly&quot; memories:

i was finding them in my yard, and putting them in my hand, gently arcing my fingers over my cupped palm to keep them harmlessly contained as i searched for more.  at one point, i opened my palm to see many timy, pink BABY roly-polys.  they gave live birth!  :D  after making this report to my mother, she made me wash my hands (after i let the &#039;polys go, of course).</description>
